Terms

Minimums:

We have $25 minimum retail ordering requirement. Anything less than $25, a low order fee of $5 will apply.

Processing / Availability:

Most orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days, however we ask that you please allow up to 7 - 14 days for shipment. This does not include weekends and major holidays. We strive for the quickest turnaround time possible after we have received your payment, however, during very busy times, processing may take an extra day or two. Any major delays will be posted on our site. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times without prior notice.

If you need your items sooner, we can offer expedited processing and shipping for some items for an additional $10 plus the cost of the expedited shipping. This service is subject to our workload and product availability. Please understand, selecting an expedited shipping method for your order does not constitute expedited processing. If you would like expedited processing please email us at customerservice@belogicbody.com prior to placing your order.

BE•logic Natural Bath & Body Spa Line does not guarantee availability of all products at all times. There may be instances when certain items are not available due to their seasonal nature or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not place items on backorder or accept preorders of out of stock items. If an item is out of stock we will indicate this on our website and the item will not be available for order. If you wish, we can notify you by email when the item is available again. Order Status: When the status of your order has changed, i.e., processed or completed, you will receive an automated message informing you. When you receive an order complete notice, this indicates your order is scheduled to be shipped by the next business day. To check on the status of your order, you can email us at customerservice@belogicbody.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, email address, and telephone number. If you are a registered user, you can simply login to your account to check your order status and history.

Cancellations:

Should you wish to cancel or change your order you must do so within 24 hours. You must contact us by email or phone with your order number and information within that timeframe. Absolutely no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.

Shipping:

We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. First Class shipping is available if your total order weighs 13 ounces or less. You may specify which method you prefer. The shopping cart provides the closest possible estimate on shipping + handling and may require slight adjustments to the shipping total. Shipping charges are based on size and weight of package(s). Orders containing glass may require additional packaging and wrapping to prevent breakage and therefore, may incur additional shipping charges. In the event that you are overcharged for shipping by more than $1.00, a credit will be issued.

Tracking:

Full tracking information is only available for orders shipped by UPS. For orders shipped by USPS, only the shipping date and delivery confirmation number are available. Click the appropriate link below and enter the tracking number or delivery confirmation number you received by email to check on your package. Keep in mind it may take up to 48 hours for information to appear in the shipping carrier's database.

Shipping Addresses:

PLEASE double check your shipping address when ordering. If you enter the wrong address, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our database by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Multiple Addresses:

Please place a separate order for items going to multiple addresses. Shipping charges are calculated for each order separately.

International Orders: We are happy to accept International orders. At this time we are doing our best to make sure our shopping cart is configured for accurate shipping quotes. If you have any questions regarding shipping please contact us. We will make our best effort to fit your order into an United States Postal Service Priority Flat Rate Box if possible. This can save you a considerable amount on shipping. Flat Rate boxes are currently $23.00 to Canada and $37.00 to all other countries. Please note: We do fill out all customs paperwork accurately and completely.

Return Policy:

We want you to be thrilled with our products! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at customerservice@belogicbody.com, so we may assist you and provide a return authorization code. We will accept the return of any retail purchase if the items are received back within 15 days of delivery. Once the items are received we will issue a store credit in the amount of the product purchase price excluding original and return shipping and handling. Credit may be used for purchases from our website and is good for six months from date of issue. We are sorry but we cannot refund credit card charges; refunds are handled as store credit only. If you are unsure about any product, we recommend you purchase a sample size before ordering a full size item. We offer sample sizes in several products or smaller sizes at affordable prices. If you ever have any questions regarding our products we are always available to assist you in making selections.

Please note: Our products are handmade and therefore, slight variations are expected. Though we always strive for consistency, without machines, this is not always possible. Some techniques, particularly soap colors, swirls, and designs cannot be duplicated exactly from batch to batch. We do want you to be consistently satisfied with the products you receive. We understand that occasionally circumstances beyond our control may sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at customerservice@belogicbody.com so we may resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

Damaged Shipments:

Please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. Should you receive insured goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all packaging materials intact, and then notify us and the shipping carrier. We are not liable for damages that occur in transit due to the handling of the shipping carrier or for uninsured shipments. You must submit damage claims directly to the shipping carrier. We will be happy to assist you in making damage claims; however, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of this policy.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages:

If you are unavailable at the time the shipping carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery. If you do not claim your package or you refuse a shipment and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges associated with the reshipping of your package. If a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package is no longer wanted, a 20% restocking fee may apply and an online store credit in the amount of the balance less shipping charges and fees will be issued.

BE•logic Natural Bath & Body Spa Line or any agent thereof will not be held responsible for any injury due to the use of our products. We list all ingredients used in our products. Persons with sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredient should not use those products. Should you develop a rash or allergy from any of our products discontinues use immediately. Please be aware, some products may contain nuts or nut butters or oils (this includes Shea butter). Those with nut sensitivities should avoid any such products. If you have any concerns regarding product ingredients please contact us for a full listing.

As with all bath or cosmetic items, please test on a small area of skin if you have a known skin allergy or are sensitive to fragrances. Avoid getting any bath or body products in or near eyes. Please keep products away from children unless deemed appropriate for use by children. Do not use products for anything other than the purpose for which they were created. We will not be held liable for misuse, allergic reactions or any injury suffered from the known or unknown and consenting use of our products. By purchasing products from BE•logic Natural Bath & Body Spa Line, you acknowledge this policy and release us from liability if such a situation should arise.

We make absolutely no medical claims for any of our products. All of our products should be used with the same care and caution as any other bath or household product. BE•logic Natural Bath & Body Spa Line assumes no liability for claims arising from the misuse of our products. The contents of this website are for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
